We've only recently added the Open Source Ingres BI Appliance to our software portfolio, so we're very excited to see a new version of the Appliance being released this week with lots of great new features.

The headline feature is of course Salesforce CRM integration. This enables any Appliance customer to interface with data in their Salesforce CRM deployment, and allows users to run queries and reports locally with features including easy-to-read dashboards, ad hoc queries, and trend-analysis reporting.

The new version also includes updates to the recently released version 9.2 of the Ingres Database, and the latest BI features found in the Jaspersoft Business Intelligence Suite.
